Data & Methods — How We Calculate Y-POWER Scores

Y-POWER scores are computed from 80+ indicators across 21 government databases: PLFS, ASI, UDISE+, Udyam, EPFO, RBI, AISHE, NSSO, and more. Four pillars — Economy, Employment, Education, Skilling — each scored 0-25, totalling 100.

All data is district-level, sourced from official government publications, and updated as new releases become available. Licensed under CC BY 4.0.
