The Jan Shikshan Sansthan focuses non-formal skilling on dropouts and women who need a route back into livelihoods without returning to a classroom.

It trails the national picture on women in the labour force at 38.5%. On skilling trainees who get certified at 96.6%, it sits close to the national mark.
