In Central Delhi, which ranks 8 of 11 in Delhi for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 60.5 out of 100. It trails the national picture on women who own land at 7.1% and women with a bank account at 69.7%. On children under five who are stunted at 33.5%, it sits close to the national mark.
