In Mahisagar, which ranks 33 of 33 in Gujarat for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 43.1 out of 100. It runs ahead of the national picture on young people in the labour force aged 15 to 29 at 65.7%. On skilling trainees who get certified at 95.5%, self-employed workers at 61.7% and women-owned enterprises at 11.8%, it sits close to the national mark.
