In Panchkula, which ranks 2 of 22 in Haryana for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 63.2 out of 100. It trails the national picture on women in the labour force at 23.8%. On skilling trainees who get certified at 97.8%, it sits close to the national mark.
