The Jan Shikshan Sansthan focuses non-formal skilling on dropouts and women who need a route back into livelihoods without returning to a classroom.

In Dewas, which ranks 37 of 55 in Madhya Pradesh for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 42.5 out of 100. On skilling trainees who get certified at 95.9% and women in the labour force at 51.3%, it sits close to the national mark.
