Sidhi has 191.5 ITI seats per lakh youth, behind the typical district. Of these, 51.8% sit in government institutes, close to the typical district. The Private ITI fills the remaining share of trade training capacity in the district.
83% of registered enterprises are in services while 17% are in manufacturing. Only 2% of employment is in small and medium enterprises. Only 55% of school-age children are enrolled in higher secondary school (classes 9–12). Only 20% of ITI trainers are certified.
