Pali has 523.3 ITI seats per lakh youth, behind the typical district. Of these, 62.9% sit in government institutes, close to the typical district. The Private ITI fills the remaining share of trade training capacity in the district.
70% of registered enterprises are in services while 30% are in manufacturing. Only 4% of employment is in small and medium enterprises. Only 59% of school-age children are enrolled in higher secondary school (classes 9–12).
