Sirohi trains 365.9 youth per lakh under short-term skilling programmes, better than the typical district. 42.5% of young women aged 15 to 21 are out of education, behind the typical district. The Jan Shikshan Sansthan focuses non-formal skilling on dropouts and women who need a route back into livelihoods without returning to a classroom.
77% of registered enterprises are in services while 23% are in manufacturing. Only 4% of employment is in small and medium enterprises. Only 52% of school-age children are enrolled in higher secondary school (classes 9–12). Only 18% of ITI trainers are certified.
In Sirohi, which ranks 36 of 41 in Rajasthan for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 43.8 out of 100. On skilling trainees who get certified at 97.6% and women in the labour force at 46.4%, it sits close to the national mark.
