In Hyderabad, which ranks 2 of 33 in Telangana for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 58.1 out of 100. It runs ahead of the national picture on ITI seats in government institutes at 72.6%. On skilling trainees who get certified at 98.4%, it sits close to the national mark.
