ITI admission in India: how the process works, what trades to consider, and where to apply

Industrial Training Institutes admit roughly fourteen lakh trainees per year across more than 130 trades. Admission is state-managed, usually through a counselling process held annually between June and August. Eligibility is typically Class 8 or Class 10 pass, depending on the trade.
