63.6% of gram panchayats in Korea are BharatNet service-ready, behind the typical district. 37.6% of young men use the internet, behind the typical district. The Common Service Centre delivers government services digitally on top of this connectivity.
80% of registered enterprises are in services while 20% are in manufacturing. Only 3% of employment is in small and medium enterprises. Only 42% of school-age children are enrolled in higher secondary school (classes 9–12). Only 12% of ITI trainers are certified.
In Korea, which ranks 23 of 33 in Chhattisgarh for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 42.5 out of 100. It trails the national picture on women's freedom of movement at 36.1%. On women using the internet at 31.5%, it sits close to the national mark.
