In North Delhi, which ranks 10 of 11 in Delhi for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 58.9 out of 100. The district runs ahead of the national picture on women who read a newspaper regularly at 18.3%, women using the internet at 57.3% and higher-education enrolment at 49%, while it lags on young people in the labour force aged 15 to 29 at 36.3%.
