In North East Delhi, which ranks 9 of 11 in Delhi for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 59.2 out of 100. The district runs ahead of the national picture on women who read a newspaper regularly at 22%, women using the internet at 59.3% and higher-education enrolment at 49%, while it lags on young people in the labour force aged 15 to 29 at 30.8%.
