In North West Delhi, which ranks 7 of 11 in Delhi for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 62.4 out of 100. The district runs ahead of the national picture on women who read a newspaper regularly at 23.8%, women using the internet at 68.9% and higher-education enrolment at 49%, while it lags on young people in the labour force aged 15 to 29 at 37.6%.
