In Kangra, which ranks 8 of 12 in Himachal Pradesh for youth opportunity, the overall opportunity score is 54.6 out of 100. The district runs ahead of the national picture on employment in small and medium enterprises at 4.4%, while it lags on value added per enterprise worker at ₹1,12,749.
